- Power-as-a-Service: Turnkey supply and operation under performance-based contracts. You buy power, not equipment. We take responsibility for delivery.
- IPP Collaboration: We are building frameworks for deeper partnership models, including Build-Own-Operate (BOO), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and joint venture structures. These models are under development as we extend our proven EPC and O&M capability into long-term ownership arrangements.

South Africa | Thungela (Elders Colliery)
3 x 1 MW rental packages supplied and operated to support mining operations during permanent power station implementation. Rental power bridged the gap while turnkey infrastructure was installed. Result: Uninterrupted operations throughout the construction phase.
Guatemala | Perenco Oil
13.1 MW modular HFO power station delivered as bridge power for oil and gas operations. The project transitioned from initial deployment into ongoing O&M support. Result: Continuous reliable power. Bridge engagement evolved into a long-term partnership.
