What MadeAtScale Delivers

MadeAtScale designs and manufactures modular accommodation units built in a controlled factory environment and shipped flat-packed for rapid on-site assembly, anywhere in the world. Factory construction means faster deployment, tighter quality control, and lower cost than traditional site-built approaches.
Each module arrives furniture-ready, flat-packable, and designed for straightforward assembly by site crews without specialist contractors. Layouts are tailored to client operations across three accommodation tiers: Junior Management, Senior Management, and Senior Executive configurations.
Beyond accommodation, MadeAtScale modules are configured for bespoke site applications including field laboratories, site offices, site clinics, and site workshops, all built to the same modular standard and deployable as part of the same camp footprint

Every MadeAtScale module is designed around a plug-and-play infrastructure architecture covering electrical supply, HVAC, water, and WiFi. For off-grid deployments, MadeAtScale’s hybrid module integrates a 15 kW Solar and BESS system, gas geyser, and air conditioning, providing self-sufficient power for each unit without dependence on a central grid connection.

For larger camp deployments requiring station-scale power, USP&E’s EPC and O&M capability steps in directly. Mining clients can scope a camp power solution spanning individual hybrid modules through to a full power station under a single engagement, with USP&E carrying engineering accountability across both.
