Built for the Frontier. Are you?

USP&E delivers power stations in the world’s most challenging environments. We work where others hesitate – remote mines, emerging markets, and frontier territories across 45+ countries.

That takes a certain kind of person. If you bring the drive, we’ll give you the opportunity.

Our Culture

We call it GOAT:

G GOAT Values Icon

Grit

We persist and perform in the toughest conditions. Engineering designs and people proven under pressure.

O-GOAT Values Icon

Ownership

We take accountability for outcomes, not activity. Every quote, drawing, and site signed off with pride.

A-GOAT Values Icon

Agility

We adapt quickly without compromising quality. Modular systems, hybrid design, rapid deployment.

T-GOAT Values Icon

Together

We win as one system: sales, engineering, O&M. Partnership-driven culture, unified purpose.

Built for the Frontier is the lived expression of these values. It is not a tagline. It is a way of working.

What We Offer

Real Responsibility

You won’t wait years to make an impact. We involve our people in decisions and give them ownership of projects from day one.

Global Reach

Your career can take you anywhere – Johannesburg, Dubai, Knoxville, Lome, Monrovia, and project sites across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

Growth

We invest in our people. Technical development, leadership opportunities, and exposure to the full power generation lifecycle – from asset sales to engineering to EPC to O&M.

Purpose

The work matters. Reliable power changes lives. When a mine stays operational or a community gains access to electricity, you helped make that happen.

Who we're looking for

We hire engineers, operators, project managers, commercial specialists, and support professionals who share our values. Experience matters – but attitude matters more. We want people who take initiative, solve problems, and show up for their teammates.

If that sounds like you, get in touch.
