Head of Sales and Asset Management
Lex Gruver is the Head of Sales and Asset Management at USP&E Global, where he has spent over five years building the company’s asset management capability. He drives exclusive mandates with OEMs, asset owners, and brokers, and develops valuation models and marketing strategies to maximise revenue per asset.
Lex co-develops negotiation strategies and partnership models alongside the CEO, manages market intelligence on high-value power generation assets, and oversees operational systems for vendor and asset registration. He is also responsible for identifying new opportunities across adjacent verticals including renewables, gensets, and spare parts.
Lex holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Business), both from Liberty University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
