Case Studies: Asset Sales
The Line City of Neom Gas Turbine Supply
NEOM Gas Turbine Supply for a Mega-Project Environment
THE CHALLENGE
The City of NEOM is under tremendous pressure to deliver power to construction sites including Oxagon, Trojena, Sindalah, and Leyja. ENOWA expects to require over 60 GW of energy generation capacity before 2030. The client required access to verified, high-quality gas turbines without the long lead times associated with new equipment procurement, while meeting the strict compliance standards of a high-profile mega-project environment.
The Solution
USP&E supplied three zero-hour Siemens SGT-400 gas turbines capable of running on natural gas, diesel, and hydrogen. We acted as the single technical and commercial interface, managing asset verification, coordination, and delivery into the NEOM project environment.
The Outcome
The client secured compliant, high-performance power assets within required timelines, supporting project progression without delay. USP&E’s structured approach reduced procurement risk and delivered a significant cost advantage.
