With over 20+ years’ experience in various financial roles covering legal entity control, business performance management, strategic project accounting and statutory & tax compliance. Liezel’s passion for telling stories through numbers and agility, led her to USP&E to constantly adapt and find ways to do things better, while continuing to move forward in our fast-paced environment.

Ron Izzett

Accounting Assistant

Ron excels at managing and coordinating USP&E Global ’s financial accounts. A dynamic member of our finance department, she utilizes her experience in events coordination and training to ensure that every detail is considered and captured to manage organizational resources. An advocate for learning, Ronnie regularly shares her expertise and is always willing to share insightful tips on how to improve productivity and organization procedures. USP&E Global is proud to have her on the team and can rely on Ronnie to maintain high-quality standards.

Bookkeeper

Mercia is a seasoned professional with a wide range of financial management skills. Her career began in 2010 and is still going strong. Numbers have always sparked her interest, with her extensive experiance in a range of industries, including engineering, maufactguring, accounting firms, insurance, marketing & advertising, financial servies, oil, and energy(mining), and automotive. Marcia ensures all procedures and operations of the finance structure are fulfilled in a timely fashion and we love having her on the team.

Leola Katzke is the Finance Operations Manager, being a highly analytical individual, she has a passion for streamlining and process improvements. Leola has several years of experience in various industries which comprises of financial administrative, and managerial roles. Her skills with computer literacy and first-rate work ethic, help in her performance in the deliverance of excellent service to USP&E as well as customers and clients alike. She takes every challenge as an opportunity for growth and is an integral part of the USP&E team.
